Our Head Office will be closed to the public. Our local sales office will be open for curb side pick up only and payment accepted over the phone by credit card only.

Gilbert Linstead, General Manager of the Labrador Fishermen's Union Shrimp Company Limited presented a $20,000 cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society in support of its "Take A One Night Stand Against Cancer" campaign for Daffodil Place. This generous gift will help cover the costs associated with 200 nights for cancer patients who have to travel to St. John's for Cancer Care.

The Labrador Fishermen's Union Shrimp Company has been a long-time supporter of the Janeway Hospital. In addition to previous donations, totalling some $25,000 dollars, the Company has just contributed a further $25,000 to the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation.

These contributions will help in the provision of key peri-natal services. These services are of particular importance to Labrador patients.

General Manager, Gilbert Linstead comments that "giving back is an important part of our business" upon presenting Jennie Kerrivan of the Foundation with the $25,000 contribution.
